Cancellation/No-Show Policy & Card On File

Cards will now be required on file for all appointments for both long-time clients and new clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call within open hours at least the day before your appointment in order to avoid a 50% charge.

If you cancel after closing or no show for your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service price.
